The Prado Nuevo Luxury apartments
The quiet Prado Nuevo 9 apartments sit at only 50 meters from the old city gates in one of the most romantic area in Ronda. A 5-minute walk will take you the famous “Puente Nuevo”, the bull ring “Plaza de Toros” and the busy shopping area, packed with terraces and restaurants. At only 50 meters you will find one of the most liveliest squares in Ronda (The Barrio San Francisco) with many (tapas) bars and restaurants. Ideal for an (outdoor) lunch or dinner.
WiFi runs over a fast broadband connection. The username and password can be found in the reservation confirmation message sent to you when you booked with us.
The Cepsa gas station offers essentials. About 250 meters from the apartments.
First aid kit
Just in case, there is a first aid kit in the kitchen drawer below the sink. It is a plastic orange box. Just take what you need and make sure to inform us when something is used so we can replace it.
There’s a pharmacy at only 100 meters from the house at the corner of the Barrio San Francisco square. Click here for the pharmacy.
In Ronda, garbage will not be picked up from home, but can be disposed of in big containers alongside main roads in Ronda. You can separate glass, paper and plastics out if you wish. For the nearest bins, leave the house and turn right. At about 40 meters you will find bins of all sorts.
Open on Sundays: Lidl also opens on Sundays from 09:00 till 15:00. On the coast, we advise HiperCor (Corte Inglés). ALDI is only a 5 minute drive. You will find it in the “industrial area” of Ronda.
opening times: During weekdays and on Saturdays, the bigger supermarkets like Aldi, Lidl and Mercadona are open from 09:15 in the morning till 21:15 in the evening. Lidl also opens on Sundays (see above).
where to buy groceries in case of a late arrival
The best option is either Carrefour Express, in the small street opposite the Parador Hotel, crossing the old bridge, second to your right. Or try the Cepsa gas station for essentials.
On the Costa del Sol, we advise HiperCor (Corte Inglés). ALDI and Mercadona are only 10 minutes away by car. You will find these in the “industrial area” of Ronda.

Our apartments are equipped with air conditioning for heating and cooling.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, dishwasher, water boiler, coffee maker and lot’s of utensils.

Ronda has a lot to offer. We advise to park in one of the underground parkings, which are really cheap. Loads of small shops can be found close to the bull ring and famous ronda bridge. The main shopping street is called Calle Espinel (better known as Calla la Bola).
